Corporate Secretarial Manager
We are seeking a Corporate Secretarial Manager for a key role within our growing team. You will be the primary go-to point for all corporate secretarial matters, responsible for administering and lodgement of all changes across a diverse range of clients, and the preparation of ASIC corporate compliance documentation.
The Corporate Secretarial Manager reports to the General Manager, and works closely with the firm’s Partners and the wider team to maintain client corporate records, client ASIC reporting requirements, and the secretarial work in support of these tasks. You will be responsible for overseeing and improving the quality and consistency of the systems, processes and methodologies in place.

ABOUT YOU
​

5-7 years’ broad Australian experience in the industry
-
Expertise in corporate compliance, possessing a thorough knowledge of corporate compliance and regulations.

Strong previous experience gained within a chartered environment, and strong familiarity with professional standards and practices.

Prior experience working in a similar role, showcasing a track record of relevant expertise and accomplishments.

Technical proficiency in NOWINFINITY for company secretarial duties and competent working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook applications.

Meticulous attention to detail, high degree of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing demands efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including effective listening and collaborative skills, enabling teamwork and clear communication.
