The Senior Manager in Business Advisory acts as the 2IC for the Partner, leading a team, managing workflow and providing support and guidance to clients in navigating various business challenges. They are responsible for the results of their team and signing off on the work their team produces. This role will be the first point of contact for clients, and they will be across every aspect of each client’s business.

It is the Senior Manager’s responsibility to ensure adherence to Titan Partners’ quality and compliance standards by their team and to play an active role in the firm’s growth, culture and high levels of service and client care.

It is anticipated that someone in the role of Senior Manager would have aspirations to be considered for the Pathway to Partnership at Titan Partners. The Senior Manager will be responsible for client fees of over $800,000.

ABOUT YOU

• 10+ years’ broad Australian business services experience in the industry

• 3 years’ experience at a manager level

• Experience in a top 100 accounting firm

• Completion of CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or similar field)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated, organised and strong attention to detail
