Sam brings a wealth of experience to his role spanning 20 years in professional services. With more than 15 years dedicated to corporate advisory, Sam’s journey with the firm began in 2012 when he became the first member of the Titan Partners Corporate Finance team.

 
Experience
His professional journey commenced as a graduate in the assurance division of a ‘Big Four’ firm, focusing on consumer, industrial and services businesses. After 4 years, Sam transitioned into the advisory space and has since become a specialist in providing comprehensive corporate finance services. He has collaborated with a diverse clientele, ranging from ASX-listed corporations (including ASX100, mid-cap and small cap entities) and multinational companies with Australian operations to privately held owner-managed businesses and start-ups.

Sam's expertise extends from both buy-side to sell-side corporate transactions across a range of industries. He has played a pivotal role in these transactions, working closely with senior executives and/or business owners to achieve their strategic objectives. 

Sam's expansive experience, commitment to delivering value-driven solutions, and ability to navigate intricate financial landscapes, positions him as a reliable guide for businesses seeking a strategic financial advisor to facilitate a range of outcomes – from pre-acquisition due diligence to a bespoke valuation of businesses and options, as well as the guiding his clients through the entire business sale/M&A process.
