Thomas has been in public practice for over 35 years. He is passionate about business and what makes them successful and works with owners and management to meet their value creation and risk management objectives.

Thomas commenced his career with one of the Big 4 Firms before moving to a smaller firm to focus on business advisory. In his last role Thomas was a member of the executive team of a large second tier accounting  firm and  led a team of over 40 staff in addition to his client base.

 

Experience

In his time working in accounting, Thomas has provided a range of advisory services to clients, building innovative business solutions which create impact and increase operational efficiency and profitability.

Thomas is a strong advocate of the shareholder value framework and has facilitated many strategic planning sessions and has presented widely on the topics of value creation and performance management.

​

He sits on a number of advisory boards and has a wide experience from service industries to construction and development, FMCG, Retail and Manufacturing.
